Shipping , Returns and Warranties

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If a product does not meet your liking, you may return it for a full product return or an exchange.

Refunds:

 

 

Our return policy is 30 days for a full refund. You must have all the original tags and gently opened plastic bag still with your gear.

 

After 60 days no refund we be given. This is PayPal’s and the Credit Card company’s rules. This means really means 40 days, so we have time to reprocess your order to meet the deadline

 

We do not accept refunds without a copy of your sales order. We don’t know who you are without it. NO exceptions. Our low prices are due to the fact we have a small staff. It’s not fair to the shipping department to spend a half a day tracking down an order or guessing who and where it came from. We do all we can to drive prices down so you can get your gear more affordable

 

We will only refund your purchase to the means that you purchased. Example it must be the same Credit Card or PayPal account you used to make your purchase. We will only refund the purchase to the original purchaser’s name also. This limits credit card fraud.

 

 

Returns:

 

As stated before you must have all the original tags and gently opened plastic bag still with your gear.

 

It cannot be worn or used on the water, at all. We will know. If it is hardware it cannot be installed then removed. If it is a boat it cannot be paddled .

 

We would like some feedback why you want to return it. If it sucks we need to know so we can quit carrying it.

 

It cannot be worn at all except for fitting requirements. Personal undergarments or products cannot be returned.  For example you cannot return nose clips ewwwwwwwww. You cannot return some granny panties either if that’s what you purchased.


Defective items will be replaced, if under warranty first it will be replaced-repaired by the manufacturer first. 


Returns for non-defective items, will be refunded minus the shipping charges that we paid to ship it to you. 


If you send back an item and claim it is defective and it isn't it could be returned to you at your expense. 



PayPal and Credit card refunds:


We have a full deadline of 60 days to refund your account with PayPal.


We have a full deadline of 90 days to refund your credit card account.


This means get it back to it ASAP or we will have to mail it back to you.


This is their rules not ours.

RA# -Return Authorization #

 

We do not accept refunds without a Return Number –RA# number given by us.You have 7 days to request a RA#. .You must email us, please do not call. We have paperwork just like everyone else to fill out. If a return shows up unannounced it goes to the “problem child “ pile and your refund is slowed down. We hate playing the guessing game. We want to close the return out  just as much as you do.

 

 

Restock fees:


There is a 15% restock fee for all returns. This is due to WRWW being a very small company and being grassroots.We offer great prices and service. Our margins are small. We can't afford someone ordering something just to try it on. 


It costs us 7% for a credit card sale.7% to refund a card and 1% for wrapping up the package to mail it to you. Not including shipping . We eat that. 

 

After 30 days there is a 15% restocking fee. This means contact us before the 7 day window.  So if you don’t want it .Get crackin to get it back to us. We re-order our stock after 15 days after your order. This is to help keep our prices low. The more inventory we have, the more we have to raise our prices. We HATE doing that.



Without contacting us first and sending a product back without a RA# aka Return Authorization Number you will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee automatically and you might be charged for shipping the product back to you. You MUST send a copy of your receipt also. This binding and non-negotiable with no exceptions.By purchasing a product from us you are to these terms with no exceptions. It takes a lot of time to figure who, what ,when and where a package came from without the proper paperwork. It adds to cost and we try to keep costs low for everyone. 


 

 

Custom Gear:

 

We do not accept refunds on custom made or ordered gear. It’s that. Custom and made for you.

 

 

Special Orders :

 

 

We do not accept returns on special ordered or custom made gear that we do not normally carry or stock. We sometimes make exceptions on a case by case basis. If you ordered a popular product and it happens to be the purple that matches your boat that’s one thing. If you ordered a 72 foot airbag for your Uncle John’s bassboat. Or if you ordered a helmet and it looks like someone threw up eggs with a Bloody Mary. Your chance of a refund is slim and none. Please don’t get your feelings hurt if we can’t take it back. We do a have a for sale and trade section in our forum. We will even host the pictures for you to post your gear to sell.

 

 

Altered or Modified Gear:

 

We do not refund purchases of products that have been altered . NO exceptions. If it doesn’t fit don’t force it or hack on it. “If it doesn’t fit you must reship”

 

 

Warranties:

 

Broken gear will be treated as a warranty claim if applicable and we will contact the manufacturer for you . We provide this as a customer service option to cut down on red tape. From there we will email you a RA # and/or address-phone#  to exchange the product with the manufacture. We do not give refunds. We didn’t make the gear. Some gear we sell comes with no warranty if it is a closeout. Please check the fine print of each product.

 

If it is gear that we manufacture in house we will give a refund or exchange on the warranty provided with that product only.

 

 

Return Shipping:

 

We highly recommend you returning it with a tracking #. We have no idea if you sent it without one. It is highly recommended you get insurance on your shipment. We recommend using the same package we mailed it to you. If it comes back to us and looks like Seal Team 6 shot it up, or your dog tried to eat it ,and the gear comes back destroyed. We will not provide a refund. 

 

Return shipping is your financial responsibility . If we shipped you the wrong product, size or color. We are human and we make mistakes. We will refund your shipping charges once we receive the product.

 

The Legal Part:

 

The legal part of this is ugly. But by purchasing a product with us you have agreed to these terms and verbiage. Implied or not implied and is subject to change. We will work to you within the best of our abilities and common sense for both parties involved.
