Ideal for installing vinyl-padded D-rings into Royalex hulls. Will also bond foam and urethane coated fabrics. Useful for repairing flotation bags. Best used in very thin coats to avoid potential damage to Royalex hulls. Allow adhesive to dry before assembling the parts together.
